Welcome to Uncommon Living and Saint & Scott. By purchasing products or services from our stores, website, or design team, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms help ensure a clear and positive experience for all customers.


GENERAL

Uncommon Living and Saint & Scott provide retail merchandise, bridal registry services, custom orders, and interior design services. These Terms apply to all purchases made in-store, online, or through our team.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.


PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.

For custom orders, special orders, and design services:

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before an order is placed

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received

  • Additional shipping, freight, delivery, or installation fees may apply


CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

All custom, made-to-order, and special-order items are final sale once the order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Furniture

  • Lighting

  • Upholstery

  • Fabric

  • Artwork

  • Rugs

  • Personalized or monogrammed items

  • Vendor-direct shipments

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to vendor availability, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for manufacturer delays.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase.

Eligible in-stock merchandise may be returned or exchanged within:

14 days of purchase

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original receipt is required

  • Packaging must be intact

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Registry gifts once redeemed

  • Items that have been installed, assembled, or used

Returns may be issued as:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange

  • Refund to original payment method (at our discretion)


BRIDAL REGISTRY & STORE CREDIT

For bridal registry purchases:

  • Gifts may be recorded and held as store credit until redeemed

  • Store credit is issued in the amount paid at the time of purchase

  • Sales tax is included in the value of the credit once paid

  • Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value

Lost or unredeemed gift records may not be replaced without proof of purchase.


SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUPS

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier damage

  • Weather-related delays

  • Vendor backorders

Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery or pickup.

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within:

48 hours


STORAGE POLICY

Due to limited storage capacity:

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification

  • Storage fees may apply after this period

  • Items left unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned


INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Design services provided by Uncommon Living may include consultations, sourcing, project management, and installation coordination.

Design fees:

  • Are non-refundable once services have been rendered

  • Do not guarantee project timelines controlled by third parties

  • Do not include contractor or vendor services unless specified

All design plans and materials remain the intellectual property of Uncommon Living until paid in full.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Inventory availability is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Substitute comparable items when necessary

  • Cancel orders due to vendor discontinuation

  • Adjust pricing due to supplier changes

Customers will be notified of any significant changes.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Uncommon Living and Saint & Scott are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Manufacturer defects beyond warranty coverage

  • Delays outside our control

  • Improper installation by third parties
